On Angel Island, get on a swinging vine
and press Left, Left, Left, Right, Right, Right, Up, Up, Up.
Then restart the game by pressing Alt+R,
In the menu go down twice by pressing the down (↓) button.
You will see the 3rd option - Sound Test - Choose it!
Sorry for disappointing you but it's not a sound test...
It's a level selector menu.
